Delivery estimates vary depending on the particular bed. Once we have processed your order it is passed to our delivery partners, who will be in contact with you directly to advise a delivery date, which you can then re-arrange if unsuitable.
Smaller orders, like mattresses, will usually be dispatched by courier for swift delivery.
Please see below for delivery information on specific brands & collections. Any other items will usually be delivered within 1-10 working days.
Deliveries to Devon, Cornwall & some parts of Scotland may take a little longer than the estimates given here and on the product pages. Extra costs may be incurred. Please email us if you are unsure.

Delivery to 90% of UK postcodes will be completed within 14 working days of your order. Once we process your order it is then passed to our delivery partners and goes into delivery planning. The delivery teams visit each postcode area on a rotating basis and will contact you directly to co-ordinate a delivery date that works for you. You can expect to hear from them generally within 5-10 working days from the date of your order, home assemblies might be a little bit longer.
Stompa
Stompa Mattress will typically dispatch within 1-2 days.
For all furniture or bed packages our delivery partner will contact you directly 7-10 days prior to your delivery. The current lead time for delivery is 2-3 weeks, depending on postcode.
Mathy By Bols
Mathy By Bols are premium beds custom-made in Belgium. Lead times are 3-4 weeks for dispatch from Belgium; there will then typically be an additional week delivery time to clear the UK border.
LIFTETIME Kidsrooms
LIFETIME are premium furniture pieces made in Denmark. Lead times are 3-4 weeks for dispatch from Denmark, there will then typically be an additional week delivery time to clear the UK border.

Home Assembly
We offer Home Assembly on all beds.
Assembly can take place at the same time as delivery on selected beds. And for the remaining beds, we have partnered with taskrabbit https://www.taskrabbit.co.uk/partner/cosybunks. Just head to their site made for cosybunks, and organise your Home Assembly for after your confirmed delivery date.
Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.
How will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods and will be delivered to your chosen address Monday-Friday. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. We will arrange the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.

We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom) mainland.
There may be additional charges for the ‘Scottish Highlands’: We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Scottish Islands.
