Excellent product, great service and communication
The guy who came to deliver and assemble the bunk beds was brilliant - he carried all the bits up stairs, cracked on with the job and was so speedy! I am so happy I decided to spend the money rather than spending hours trying to put them up myself! Worth every penny, especially for a big item like a highsleeper. Thank you so much.
The bed has fitted perfectly into the small room and improved the space immensely. It is sturdy, though also lighter than I expected and the mattress is amazing. It makes noise when my son goes up and down on the ladder but I think that is more to do with it rubbing against the door frame, so just needs to be moved a little. All in all we are super happy with the bed and believe it to be great value for money (though we did get it in the New Year sale!). Thank you so much.
