Ordered bed after initial confusion over install guys delivered bed on agreed date and put together

It's good amount of space underbed and shelves which my kids are very happy. Few drawing on the instruction weren't easy to understand but manageable. Overall we're very happy with the product and communication with them.

My son loves his gaming bed he says it’s his den his safe space. In the day he sits in the sofa bed playing in his gaming pc and then at night he loves the high bunk for sleeping.
CONS the gap between top bunk and ceiling is very limited. When going up the steps to get to the bed you have to climb over the wood to get to the bed. We took the top piece of wood out and made it so he can just climb through on his mattress much easier.

My son is really happy with his bed, its sturdy, the fitters were brilliant, they took away the rubbish and were really quick! definitely allot easier than doing it yourself.

The bed is beautiful. My son loved it! Easy to assemble too. Instructions clear. My husband managed to assemble independently for most of it in around 3 hours. He said it would be helpful if the wood was numbered like the instructions are as it would be easier to identify.

Fantastic gaming bed my son loves it and I can’t get him out of it. He likes how he can choose weather to sleep on top or on the sofa bed which is very comfortable. Delivery man unpacked and assembled it within 2 and half hours and was very pleasant. Definitely good buy.

This was a great purchase. The bed fit my sons room perfectly and he loves it. It arrived quickly and was a easy to assemble.

Excellent quality , sturdy , well designed bed and my son loves it. I paid the extra for assembly and that was well worth it as only took them about 90 mins.

Great quality cabin bed and looks super smart in my son’s bedroom. He loves it. Took longer to build than expected although it wasnt difficult.

ROOM TO GROW”. Son was out his room and was doubting I would get him in his bed before XMAS. Contacted COSYBUNKS and explained my situation. Communication back was amazing, delivery date was given immediately and order filled fast, efficient and when stated.

The staff ensured I knew when it was arriving. The delivery men let me know when they were 30 mins away. They arrived, assembled the bed and left leaving no mess and taking all the boxes/rubbish with them. Excellent service.

Great quality product and the two men that came to assemble it were speedy, tidy and a pleasure to have in the house.
